SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA – CSTI TERRORISM RESPONSE FOR TECH/SPEC

Terrorism Response For Hazardous Materials Technician and Specialist (TRTS): This course trains certified Technicians and Specialists in the intricacies of terrorism and potential weapons that might be encountered in a terrorist attack. Using updates and current events, augmented by specialists from bomb squads, clandestine laboratory responders and other currently serving professionals, this class improves awareness and operational capabilities, increases knowledge and improves competencies in the field.

Completion of this course qualifies for the terrorism component for team typing.

Prerequisite: Technician A-D and/or Specialist F-G
